STANDARD : Credit / Debit Cards will be pre-authorised three days before your date of arrival. This will affect your credit limit. Guests can cancel free of charge until three days before arrival. Guests will be charged the total price if they cancel in the three days before arrival. Prepayment: No deposit will be charged. SPECIAL: At certain times of the year different payment and cancellation terms are applied. For example, Cheltenham Gold Cup 12th to 16th March 2018, and the November Open Race meeting 16th to 19th November 2017 when the first night is charged at the time of booking and the balance 60 days before the date of arrival. All payments are none refundable and if payment cannot be taken the booking will be cancelled without any refund. For Christmas and New Year: 24th, 25th, 26th and 31st December and 1st January. Guests can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. Guests will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. If the guest does not show up they will be charged the total price. Prepayment The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price in the 30 days before arrival.

Directions
The hotel is situated on the A46 Shurdington Road, which is the extension of Bath Road. From Oxford on the A40 look for the sign of the A46 Stroud & Shurdington. At the roundabout on Bath Road, take the right hand road at the Norwood Arms Pub. The hotel is 200 yards on the left after the pub, before the traffic lights. From the M5 take exit 11 and follow the sign to Cheltenham. At the first round about (Golden Valley), exit roundabout at 2 o clock towards Shurdington. Go over several little roundabouts, always following the signs to Shurdington. Ignore all signs for Cheltenham. Eventually on a straight road, you will go past Morrisons supermarket on your left. On the next T-junction/roundabout follow the sign to Cheltenham. After one mile you will reach a traffic light, go over this one and the hotel is the fourth property on your right. Cheltenham Spa train station is approximately 5 minutes away by car. Gloucester train station is approximately 20 minutes away by car. Birmingham airport is just over 60 miles away, and will take you approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes by car.
